Registration for the Admissions Academy

Dear applicant,

You have been shortlisted for the Stipend Program of the BCGS.

If you are interested in participating in the virtual Admissions Academy (February 17 - 21, 2025), please fill in the following form by February 02, 2025, 23:59 h (CET). Please make sure to answer all questions!

Before booking a slot please read all instructions in this form and the timetable carefully!

If you don’t fill in the form by the deadline, we will consider this as a rejection of our offer.

You will be expected to give an oral presentation of about 10-12 minutes. The subject of your talk should be your research work e.g., BSc thesis work, internships, term paper, or if none of this is applicable, you may also choose a subject of your preference - but of course it must be related to Physics or Astronomy!
